Distributed generation
Shared Generation is one of the modalities of Distributed Generation, responsible for enabling the sharing of micro or mini-generation energy among a group of individuals or legal entities, through a consortium or cooperative and that are in places served by the same energy distribution network, it is possible to share photovoltaic energy from a group of residents or shopkeepers, for example. The Distributed Generation Legal Framework was instituted in Brazil through Law 14.300/2022.
