MIP Holding S.A., created in 2019, brings with it more than 60 years of history by bringing together the shareholdings of the companies that make up the MIP Group: MIP Engenharia Ltda, MIP Construtora Ltda, MIP Investimentos e Participações Ltda and Multilift Logística Ltda. Despite being integrated under the same guidance and control, the companies of the MIP Group maintain their independent management with their own boards and endowed with autonomy of action.

MIP Investments
MIP Investimentos e Participações Ltda, created in 2018, was conceived by the Strategic Planning of the MIP Group to diversify the Group's portfolio through investments in new areas. In addition, it seeks to acquire new knowledge, skills and experiences. To carry out the “MIP Investimentos project”, the MIP Group relied on the advice of EY-Parthenon, which directed the Group's gaze to three investment areas: Energy, Public Lighting and Sanitation.

With port operations in the Port of Vitória and in cargo terminals, two of which are located in the secondary zone of the Port Complex of Vitória and intermodal terminals in Sete Lagoas, MG and Castro Alves, BA, it offers complete services and solutions of quality and reliability. ;
